We are looking for young, passionate, enthusiastic people who have a love and appreciation of travel and adventure.  We offer a generous commission scheme for people to deliver talks to their schools, universities or peers. We will set you up with every thing you need to deliver the presentations - We will provide you with a promo video, a presentation, brochures and guidance.  Earnings are uncapped and could be several hundred Euros for a couple of hours “work”.  Interested? Xtreme Gap introduceert volledig verzorgde school en carrière breaks. Reizen die je hart sneller doen kloppen, je adrenalinegehalte doen stijgen en je lichaam en geest een enorme boost geven. Take a break en kom los van het normale leven. Maak een stap in je persoonlijke ontwikkeling en keer terug met een hoofd vol nieuwe ideeën.


Xtreme Gap regelt voor jou de opleidingen en trainingen, de accommodatie, helpt je met boeken en geeft advies bij het boeken. Xtreme Gap zorgt dat er altijd iemand ter plekke is die je 24 uur per dag kunt bereiken. Op de dag van aankomst wordt je warm ontvangen en krijg je een introductie over je verblijf en de omgeving en er zijn maandelijkse feestjes op de locatie.

Wanneer je via ons boekt ben je goedkoper uit dan bij andere organisaties. Wij zijn een jong bedrijf en maken weinig overheadkosten (denk aan dure kantoren en auto’s) omdat wij de kosten zo laag mogelijk willen houden. Zo kun jij er ook aan deelnemen!

Text Box: Oliver Bray Nationality: English Oliver got bit by the travel bug when he was 17. A School funded expedition saw him head off to Russia with a fellow school friend to explore the country. He experienced the major cities and Russian culture and travelled 3000 miles into Siberia on the Trans-Siberian Railway. A little over a year later, his inspiration for an adventure GAP year Company was seeded after a 6 month Placement in Tanzania, East Africa. He was teaching African Students English and leading them up Mount Kilimanjaro. Later he then had the urge to experience South America, covering the continent in two and a half months, trekking the Inca trail, exploring the Nasca Lines and Hang-Gliding in Rio De Janiero. Then the corporate world beckoned, but could not contain him, so he bought a 23 year old Bedford campervan and headed off around Europe, Eastern Europe and into Asia via Turkey. When this was over he went back to work, plotting his next trip, South Africa. Followed by South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. A research trip for Xtreme Gap, ensuring the Xtreme Gap experience would be tried and tested. Along the way he trained to become a pilot in South Africa, flying above the Kruger national park keeping an eye on poachers and wildlife. Then to Thailand to become a Divemaster, experiencing many of the adventures that you will find on this site. Text Box: Debby Neeskens Nationality: Dutch Well let’s see what has Debby been up to? Until she was 28 she did the ‘normal’ holidays. For example one week skiing in Italy and two weeks of summer holiday in Portugal. She covered almost all of Europe like that. But the big change came when she went skiing in Aspen, Colorado. What an experience, this was her first distant travel experience. From 2005 she has been travelling all over the world seeking new thrills and adventures: Paragliding in Chile, skydiving in Argentina, learning Spanish in Seville, clubbing in beach clubs the world over, Muay Thai training in Asia. Diving in Indonesia, Thailand and Cambodia. Over landing in Australia. There is no stopping this girl. Then there is this big social aspect to her. She loves exploring other cultures and giving something back to them. Her love of children and culture led her to volunteer at Kinderdorpen: an orphanage in Chile. With her background as an office manager for several big companies she knows how to organize, make decisions and bring major projects to a perfect end. Dreams? Too many to be listed but one she can tell you… She hopes you one day take that big step and go travelling alone to feel just as proud as she did.

Oliver en Debby, de oprichters van Xtreme Gap, ontmoette elkaar in Thailand tijdens het behalen van hun Divemaster diploma in 2007. Beide zijn ervaren reizigers en beide trachten ze met veel passie het beste uit het leven te halen. In 2008 lanceerde zij Xtreme Gap. De nadruk ligt hierbij op Zinvolle Avontuurlijke Reizen. Verbreden van je horizon, vergroten van je zelfontwikkeling tezamen met gelijkgestemde individuen. Maximale opwinding waar veiligheid voorop staat.
